If you are visiting us for the first time, you will be asked
to register. After logging in, you will be taken to your individual on-line account , which is used to place and monitor your orders.

2 Log in, click on the "place your order" button and then follow the on-screen instructions. The entire ordering procedure should take no longer than a minute!

3 Each order you send reaches our bureau immediately and is checked on the spot. If you place your order on a working day, between 0900-1600hrs, CET, we will contact you within 30 minutes to confirm
the commission.

4 If you are a new customer, please make an advance payment or sign and send back the "order placement form" you will have received. As soon one of the above procedures has been completed,
we will change your order's status to "in translation".
If you decide to make your advance payment on-line via our "Payment Centre" (by credit card), you can considerably reduce the translation processing time!

5 You may rest assured that your order is being processed from the moment it has been accepted. You may check the translation progress at any time, using your personalized on-line account! Once your translation has been completed, your documents will immediately be shipped by the method you have specified.

6 We allow you to transfer the remaining remittance up to 7 days from the date your translation is completed!
