There are three types of orders to choose from:

Priced order
If you know the number of characters, and are thus able to calculate the number of pages, please choose this option. Please supply the specific information required for the order and use our on-line quotation procedure to obtain the translation price. If you wish to send us your documents in digital form, you may do this immediately.

In this case, it is easy to calculate the number of pages. Paste your text into your text editor and click on Tools › Word count, to count the characters, not forgetting to include the spaces. Divide the total by 1500, in case of an ordinary translation, and by 1125, in case of a certified translation.

Unpriced order
If you are not certain of the number of pages but accept our charges, use the second option, ie, for an order without prior pricing.

Estimate
If you wish to find out the exact charge for the translation before sending us your materials, but are unable to estimate the number of pages or use our on-line quotation procedure, please choose the third option, ie, for an estimate, only.

While asking us to supply an estimate, you will be asked to specify the order requirements, eg, shipping method. Please send us your documents straight away, to reduce the time taken for costing your order, thus reducing the time you have to wait.
(The estimate is entirely free and does not necessarily entail any further processing.)
